Parading her heartland-country-gospel music wares on this interesting, attention-retaining re-release, Mary is a songwriter with an improving track record in an easy style. Overall the '70s production could come over with a little more punch, but this venture of re-mastering is worthy of success. Several songs in this collection would be good country airplay quality. The album competently displays not only the sincerity and ability of the group, but a skill as a selector of a good song. This is the kind of country-gospel music that is heavily influenced by the varied talents of the USA's Gordon Jenson, Hank Williams, Bill Gaither and such.
