The reissue of Matt's first two albums comes in a double CD package. 'Passion For Your Name' is a mixture of upbeat praise and worship songs. "Jesus Is The Song Of Love" is a blend of praise in country style and is very appealing to the listener. This CD seems to have a strong Delirious? resemblance from their 'Cutting Edge' albums. Martin Smith contributes to writing and singing a lot of the songs. The earlier "Wake Up My Soul" is more locked into a predictable soft pop sound when Matt was still finding his creative feet. Overall, not as impressive but I still enjoyed listening to it. If you don't have these albums it's worth investigating, while completists might want the new to UK American mixes.
