If you like your music plain and simple, you could do worse than invest some of your readies in this instrumental album from three talented grassroots musicians from the Salt Box Christian Centre in sunny Stoke-on-Trent. Megan is a very competent violinist, Stephen has an extremely deft touch on the acoustic guitar, whilst Franco contributes some cool percussive sounds. Admittedly it's familiar material ("When I Look Into Your Holiness", "So Freely", "Jesus We Enthrone You" and "You Are Beautiful Beyond Description" are just four of the 14 tracks on offer), but good value at nearly 48 minutes' playing time, and impeccably played, with song lyrics included in the CD sleeve if you want to worship along. Ideal music to help you to relax and unwind, or for personal devotion and reflection.
