Crikey! Has Michael really been around for that long? Well he has and to prove it here's a selection. I guess this means we'll have to wait a little longer for his follow up to last year's superb 'Change Your World'. Especially as two new tracks appear here to bolster the album. There's really hard evidence here of Michael's ever growing maturity with the utterly superb new love song "Do You Dream Of Me", following on from the brilliant chart-topping "I Will Be Here For You". This is also time to reflect though on where Michael's come from, and tracks such as "Rocktown" show Michael's special feel for modern day songwriting in a pop context. On the whole I prefer where MWS has got to rather than how he got there. As usual there are a few glaring omissions but it doesn't detract from an interesting retrospective.
