This is a spiral bound musical score for piano/keyboard and guitar. The contents have been chosen to try to have songs with lyrics that are accessible to children yet acceptable to adults. Of course that is but one of the challenges of leading all age/family worship. The songs are not just new ones but I still had to admit to knowing very few when I started. Most of the keys chosen will be suitable for a competent guitarist and piano score is also straight forward or could be adapted. Many of the songs are written by Michael Burn and Judy Bailey with a dozen other writers having their compositions in print. This book will be an asset to worship leaders taking all age services on a regular basis, but the challenge will be to learn a good selection of choruses first, not an easy task! I think that youth also like there own trend of songs which will be difficult to get all into one book! I was disappointed that no scripture references were given at the top of each page to base the songs on; however there is a scripture index at the back that could be very useful. In a similar fashion there is an index for resourcing recordings of the songs and websites to consult, an interesting feature that will appeal to some more than others.
