The live worship album coming out of the annual youth worship event organised by the New Frontiers stream does what every live festival album does: pull in some well known worship leaders (in this case Matt Redman, Paul Oakley and Simon Brading), record the festival worship sessions, edit them up and pop the best tracks onto a CD. This however isn't a bad thing. Listening to thousands of young Christians worshipping, as on this album, can be uplifting and powerful. The Newday album reflects this, giving the listener a real sense of being "part of it". This album includes worship "hits" "Beautiful News" and "Take It To The Streets" by Matt Redman while the songs "Salvation" and "Our God He Reigns" really stand out due to their memorable lyrics and energetic rhythms.
