This is apparently the first in a series of recordings to aid meditative worship. Eric Nordhoff is the composer and performer showcased here; all the songs are his and he is the featured pianist but sadly this doesn't constitute enough of a contribution for his name to appear on the cover, only the inner booklet. Although instrumental music seldom appeals to me, I'm fully intending to keep on giving 'Reflective Piano' space in my CD player as Nordhoff does create a wonderful atmosphere of peaceful tranquillity through his music. And with titles like "Love Never Fails", "He Will Rejoice Over You" and "Sacrifice" we can be confident that his tunes are all focused heavenwards. Very impressive.
