Her debut album was a Christian Music hit and now the way is clear for Pam to establish herself in the pop league with another classy album of pop inspirational songs, delightfully arranged and powerfully sung. Premier suggested Pam had a slight country element in her vocals but actually it's traces of black gospel in her vocal styling which give the songs colour. One or two of the ballads are a little overblown but on the more rhythmic numbers the producers Robert White Johnson and Bill Cuomo (who've worked with Barbara Streisand and Celine Dion) and CCM veteran Paul Mills (Twila Paris, Wayne Watson) don't put a foot wrong while the lyrics, often addressed to a hurting people needing more of Jesus' love, are clearly from the heart.
