This would be Phil's last album recorded on the label "Newsong" (he would record on sparrow next): released in November of 1978. The songs on this album are instrumental; Phil and his wife add some vocals here and there; especially on "Golden Halls".
The insert lp sleeve contains a story of images for the songs; along with some artwork by artist Claude Schuyler: oh the added extra joys of album art, and words big enough to read. I especially love the intro
passage for song "Pilgrim's Flight" about "Teach me....I want to know.": btw this short instrumental is on the 1995 "Time 1". I really like the soothing sounds of "Deep Calls Unto Deep"- Psalm 42:7: I imagine dolphins going up and down in a quiet ocean.
Sometimes there are no words, only.... music.
