Anyone who read our article on the band will know that this pop rock worship team from Texas are a well above average unit. This 2006 release has established the band on the national US scene as well as relaunching the Myrrh label (in future to be known as a home for modern worship). There are two outstanding songs here which you can hear on CR radio, "Closer To You" and "The Welcome Song", both penned by the band's veteran lead singer Michael Farren. Some nice harmony touches, a crisp pop rock production from Bryan Lennox and Matt Bronleewe, this is not exactly groundbreaking stuff but is clearly one of the better contemporary worship releases of last year.
