This album emanating from the worship team of the Prestonwood megachurch in Dallas, Texas, has been released in two versions. This is the standard one. The songs here are strong, devotional and well produced by the award winning Michael Farren and considering the size of the huge choir are skilfully recorded and with impressive lead voices. Stylistically material ranges from soft ballads to spiritual anthems while the instrumentation is rich without being overwhelming. Some tracks deserve special mention - "We Turn Our Eyes", featuring the always reliable Paul Baloche, is soulful and well captures the atmosphere of the event while Emily Inman's graceful vocals enhance "You Cover Me", which has a comforting message for those who are troubled ("When I can barely offer up a prayer/Still you hear the cry in my heart"). "Let The Redeemed" is a striking praise piece featuring the full Prestonwood Choir, a sort of light choral rock number that grabs attention. "Here In The Holy", with lead vocals by Jordan Grizzard, is probably the strongest track, a song that exudes dedication and faithfulness and offers hope to the broken. Michael W Smith brings the whole thing home with the powerful "We Are Alive".
