Seldom have such beautiful hymns been mangled so mercilessly by Christendom's unremitting desire for sanctified elevator music. Glorious anthems like "Holy Holy Holy", "0 For A Thousand Tongues" and "The King Of Love My Shepherd Is" are given a gruesome Nashville makeover by a choir which would make even devoted easy listening lovers wince.

Take it easy, meat for one music lover may be poison for another. Some people may actually love this album.
