The classic punk style that North Carolina-based Saint Hooligan bring with this new album is sure to please any fan of the genre. Tracks like "One Fine Day" and the gutsy title track feature fast blast beat drums and a rough guitar tone. Saint Hooligan certainly know how to sound punk but their authenticity over a whole album also produces a downside. The bass guitar can barely be heard in the majority of the tracks unless listening with really loud head phones, and the guitar tone is fairly rough around the edges. Now this wouldn't be a bad thing for fans of the classic American punk sound but other rock fans hoping to dip into this would not appreciate the rough recording quality. There is also very little variation in the arrangement of each song with too many closely resembling each other, marring repeated listening. But there is some variation with the last three tracks, two being acoustic and the other being a rendition of "Battle Hymn Of The Republic". Not a song normally given the punk treatment.
