'Meditations Vol 1' is a complication of instrumental versions of early material from the prolific output of Stockholm's Anita & Ben Tatlow. Mainly featuring songs from 'Journeys' and the "Through The Mist" EPs, these 10 tracks create evocative soundscapes and easily let the mind disconnect from the worries of life and provide space for thought and meditation. The arrangements and production are wonderfully smooth so work faultlessly as a meditation aid, but there is enough interest in the instrumentation to make listening to the album for the music an enjoyable experience.
