If you spotted them at Greenbelt, you'll know this Norwegian band's speciality is rock of the stadium variety. The nail-hard bass and drum foundation, hypnotic guitars and rousing choruses have been blueprinted by U2 in previous decades. But what lifts this four-piece above cliche is the brooding, soaring vocals of Oddi Arild Nessa which transform tracks like "Water From Your Well" into hands-to-the-sky epics. His lyrics are honest and faith-centred, focusing on the minutiae of creation and the universal sweep of salvation. Maybe they've lost something in the translation, but a touch more originality wouldn't go amiss. Nonetheless, a rock solid start.

Hi People. Listen, I just found this CD while I was sorting out my collection. Must have bought it ages ago. Can't remember where or when. It was still unwrapped. I popped it into the player and...well, you know what. It's GREAT!! Searched the internet, but can't find anything about them, other than your review. Do you know if #1: They're still together and #2: How I can contact them. Cheers, K.
