Interesting debut which leaves you wishing it was more than a four track outing. "Round About Midnight" is a fiery enough opener, lots of screaming lead guitar and solid rhythm. "Who Is This Man?" is a folky type of gentle ballad on which the voice is highly reminiscent of the Steve Forbert style of smooth vocalising. More punchy lead guitar from John Gray. "In The Midst of Your Craziness" and "Saviour On The Streets" give further evidence of a polished, competent artist. Be pleased to hear more of this man's music, nothing startling to report, but a pleasant feeling at having met up with this tape.
