If you can imagine a singer/songwriter with the same winning way with melody and lyric as Bebo Norman performing an intimate selection of worship-orientated songs you’ll get some idea of the sound of this excellent songsmith from Idaho. I was particularly impacted by the communion song “Remember”, the deft casting of Psalm 72 “I Thought I Knew You” and the radio friendly “Can’t You Be Crazy” while Scott’s warm and expressive voice is lifted by excellent acoustic pop arrangements. If you’re serious about investigating the best of the new Christian songsmiths, you’ll want to check this guy out.
