With her debut album this rising gospel star, who resides in Florida, demonstrates her sweet soprano voice on some beautiful gospel ballads. These include both contemporary creative sounds with "Sing Hallelujah" and "Agape Love" and good old fashioned Church stormers like "We've All Gotta Worship". Here September excels with her voice demonstrating a powerful and natural soulfulness. She also ventures into a more laid back jazz style with "Spirit Move", which again works well. The album opens well with some bold lyrics about asking questions of God in "I've Got To Know". Then the optimistic lyrics of the title-track are delivered tenderly and complimented by a strong melody. On occasions I found the backings a little distracting but overall this album showcases a fine new vocal talent.
