In the hand out that comes with this CD Crawley-based Seth's music is described as "full of diversity and inspiration." For the first few tracks this is most certainly true. The opening track starts with synthesizer sounds reminiscent of Depeche Mode and one or two other bands from the new romantic period of the late 1970s/early 1980s. Track two gives us more of the same but with lyrics that I can only describe as quirkily unique. Then sadly things go downhill with the rest of the album mostly seeming to be made up of fairly non-descript ballads in a typical boy band sort of style. What happened to cause the change I don't know but this CD which starts out being so different and interesting ends up being very bland and predictable.
