A book in the style of a girls' magazine to help 8 to 12-year-old girls understand and live out the Christian faith.
'Shell's creative and straight-talking book will encourage you to get on track with God. Her insights and experience about being a young woman wanting to live for Jesus will inspire and challenge you to get beautiful from the inside out. Really something worth shouting about.'
Ems Hancock, writer and speaker
'Something to Shout About' is a book in the style of a magazine. It's designed to reach young girls where they're at, whether they know about God or not. It's packed with real-life stories, challenging questions and presents the message of Jesus Christ in a way that is fun and interactive.
Sections include: Getting to know God; A-Z of being a Christian; Talking to God; Telling your friends about God; Religion vs relationship; Destiny; Why did Jesus die for me?; Special diary report; Fashion-factor; Real life story; Puzzle page; Problem page.
Shell Perris is an evangelist who will do (almost!) anything to tell young people about God. In 2002 she began working in the schools of Liverpool and 2 years later became a member of the Innervation pop-sensation, tbc. She is married to Tim and lives in Stockport, England.
