If your forte is the saxophone or you're keen to locate classy instrumental renditions of country gospel songs you should investigate this album. Now with over 50 years in the music industry as musician, arranger-conductor, producer, recording studio, manager and booking agent, Shelton Bissell says that playing for the Lord is something he should have been doing long ago. On this his second gospel offering, the first, apparently, being 'Hymns Of The Faith', Shelton teams up with a selection of the best Nashville pickers he can muster to produce a quality collection of 12 tunes. Including such classics as "Where Could I Go But To The Lord", "Unclouded Day", "Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus" and "He Touched Me" Shelton saunters through each number helping the listener to lose track of time. The sax isn't an instrument you normally associate with country music but this is very well done.

I take pride in the fact Shelton is a member of KYOVA Gospel Music Association in Ashland Ky. I think he is one of a kind in his field. His music should be out there to reach the souls of music lovers. He is fantastic.

I just want to say, that Shelton, is the finest saxaphonist I have ever heard in my almost 40 years of being involved in Southern, Country Gospel and Bluegrass Gospel music. I am proud to support him and his Music Ministry and I would reccomend him to any Promoter, Church or Event Co-ordinator.
