A very inspirational album in my opinion, with harmonious and melodic vocals from Wendy Foy Green, Jennifer Hendrix and Deborah Schnelle. Good crisp sound with a mixture of guitar, piano and I believe I heard some gentle orchestral backing in places. The lyrics, I thought, were honestly written, straight from the heart stuff on life and more importantly, personal relationships with the Lord. I found myself identifying with most of the songs finding them refreshing in their simplicity. I love the way the girls bring the Lord as their central theme in all the songs, it gave me the feeling of being able to 'ordinarily' worship while going about my duties without feeling the need to drop everything and manically dance around the room wildly waving my arms! I found it easy to focus on the lyrics and songs such as "When I Let Go", "Lift It Up", "Sierra" and "By My Spirit" struck a chord in my heart. It's easy to understand why this debut has clicked big in the States.
