Singus Henderson is based in Jacksonville and belongs to the Philippian Community Church, which used to be led by the late Bishop Lawrence C Callahan, Sr. I know this much because one track on her album - "Man Of God" - is a tribute to the deceased bishop. And why am I telling you this? Because I have to say something about the album, and I'm struggling to find anything positive! Cliched lyrics, dodgy singing, horrible '80s Casio keyboard sounds and long-past-their-sell-by-date swingbeat rhythms all conspire to make Singus' debut a chore to listen to.

As I read your article, to my surprise it stated the late
bishop Lawrence C.Callahan. How long ago did he pass away.
He was instrumental in bring me back to the fold, he sent me
tapes of his ministry messages. I thank God for this great
man of God.....
