It takes a special kind of gift to write lyrics “God sent some flap, flap, flap, flap, flapping birds.” So I salute you John Hardwick for knowing what tiny tots want. And before I get too snobby, it’s important to impart to kids that they can talk to Jesus while playing in the park (Paul Crouch and David Mudie) or that we should “read the Bible every day then take time to pray.” Musically, this CD for the youngest Spring Harvesters has some not unpleasant vocals from Cathy Smith and Doug Walker and some programming which sounds like it was done quickly on a home computer.
