After attending Spring Harvest this year I must admit I was quite looking forward to getting this album. There were a number of new songs introduced most of which have been included on this collection. It starts off well with Dave Pope leading "Wake Up, O Sleeper" followed by "Don't Let My Love Grow Cold (Light The Fire Again)" which was lead by Eddie Espinosa, then it happens! Sue Rinaldi and Dave Clifton do a very poor upbeat version of "Is Anyone Thirsty?", the bit that really bugs is they don't allow the congregation to reply to the question. This song was done far better by Mr Kendrick on his latest release 'Is Anyone Thirsty?' The contrast of styles is great, ranging from very slow meditational pieces to very lively hoe-down feel. Possibly the best track is "Champion" which is written and performed by Noel Richards and is a great rock-styled anthem first heard on his 'Warrior' album. It is great to see Dave Bilbrough getting a song onto this collection even if it is not sung by him. To be honest this is just another Spring Harvest collection of the usual standard but it will still sell thousands to those who can say "I was there!"
