The Spring Harvest youth project focuses on the needs of Burkino Faso. The aim being to raise the quality of life and improve the opportunities of young people. This has involved establishing a youth band in Burkino Faso, who are included on this album. With a sound reminiscent of the Bhundu Boys their track "Neba Faa" will have you dancing to amazing rhythms, complimented by awesome vocal harmonies. The remaining 10 tracks are mostly European in nature, with two superbly dancy tracks, "We Want To Live In Your Ways" and "Jesus Is So Good" that were produced and engineered at Perfect Studios of Zarc Porter fame. ICC have done the rest and I must say have produced an excellent album. The late night live feel of "I See The Lord" is pure blues. Whereas "We Have Called On You Lord" I am almost convinced is the latest in sanctified Brit Pop. Including Matt Redman whose duet with Louise Hunt on "I Will Worship" which for me is the track worth buying the whole album for, also vocals from Adrian Thompson. This is the praise and worship tape most 30 year olds would have died for when they only had Youth Praise 1 and 2 to sing from. Buy it, it's a slice of Heaven on Earth.
