The ever-productive Andy Harsant is at the helm again for this sixth set of songs for toddlers from the always reliable Spring Harvest stable. Proper instruments (Mr Harsant on keyboards, guitar and percussion; Dan Wheeler on electric guitar) and some enthusiastic vocals from Cathy Burton, Jon Jolly and (who else?) Andy Harsant make this an album that doesn't attempt to patronise its intended audience. The songs are mainly new (with Ishmael's classic "Father God, I Wonder" thrown in for good measure) and have memorable, simple and relevant lyrics by the likes of Dave Godfrey, Steve Abley and Becky Drake. And with a complete set of backing tracks as well, this is an ideal disc to put on at home or to use in your Sunday Club or Messy Church worship spot.
