Following in the mould of the 'Thank You' compilation of a couple of years ago this is a studio-produced collection of praise material instigated by Spring Harvest. As before, the line-up of musicians features some of the best of British talent. On vocals there's David Grant, Carrie Gray and Bernie Armstrong. On saxes Mike Haughton and the whole thing is arranged and produced by Paul Field. The songs are a mixture of old and new. "Jesus We Celebrate Your Victory" and "All Heaven Declares" rub shoulders with "Time For Tears" and "Shaken By Your Spirit". As with its predecessor each track has received a fresh treatment which breathes new life into even the most familiar material. The real difference with this album is the inclusion of instrumental and poetic interludes. The poetry of John Bazington and Phil Lawson-Johnson is read by Robin Crawford and Christine Noble while music is provided by the Baptist Celebration Orchestra and Dougie Brown and band. 'Shaken But Not Stirred' makes a refreshing alternative!
