Reviewed by Tom Lennie This smartly packaged output comprises the double-CD live offering from the 2010 Spring Harvest event, selected from both the Minehead and Skegness sites. As always there's a varied and talented line-up of worship musicians, this year featuring Vicky Beeching, Trent, Ben Cantelon, Tim Hughes, Luke Finch and the indefatigable Graham Kendrick. A varied line-up indeed, each of whom, with band, deliver a heartfelt and worshipful set of both their own songs and a number of borrowed favourites, including a couple from Phil Wickham and Brenton Brown and one from Kathryn Scott. Trent offer up a particularly fine batch of worship beauties; and of the only pre-2000 songs on display, I don't know why it is that Kendrick's "Amazing Love" comes over as dated and jaded, whereas Trent's cover of Doerksen's "I Lift My Eyes Up" sounds fresh and engaging. In distinction, GK's take of "Glorious" is sensitive and beautiful, and is given further appeal by the spontaneous sax moment towards its close.
