Thank you so much Maxine at Cross Rhythms for adding this great cd to this list. This cd has songs from many of Steve's classic albums;even his first solo. Who can ever forget his first solo hit "But YOU Didn't"; just luv this song!! great song for Steve to sing. "Through HIS Eyes of Love" title song from his second release;"I'll Do My Best" and "Believe It" are also from same album. Steve's 3rd album "Action" from 1985 has the duet with pop icon Marilyn McCoo,"Safe"; surely a signature classic!! "I Can Do All Things" & "Everything I Am" are also from "Action";
I really like these songs!! great job on the recordings Steve! I missed not seeing "Teach Me to be Like YOU" on this collection; the song features vocals by Cruse Family member Janie Cruse-Stone. This is the cd to buy, if you don't have anything by Steve Archer.
