A pretty pointless compilation really, this pulls together five songs from the CCM star's 1987 debut 'First Hand' and five songs from 1988's 'Real Life Conversations'. There are some good songs here (like his first radio hit "Weak Days" and, from 'Real Life Conversations, "My Turn Now") but most people interested in the singer will already have the original albums. One interesting footnote is how country Steven sounds on several of these tracks compared with the pop rock offerings of later years.
