The Korean Christian Fellowship at Stony Brook University in the US must be a highly westernised gathering. Its worship CD contains covers of Vineyard, Hillsong, Chris Tomlin and Paul Oakley. The arrangements veer closer to Tomlin and Oakley, thankfully saving us from the saccharine sounds of older Vineyard material and the bombast of Hillsong. The performances are of a high standard, but putting out yet more covers of familiar songs raises questions about the purpose of this CD. Either it's a nice internal souvenir (in which case why market it?) or it's a calling card for those who might consider booking the band. Either way it probably adds little uniqueness to what is already available.

the perfect mix of contemporary worship with soulful passion for the Ancient of Days. i don't think the cd was able to capture the powerful live performance dynamics of the band but the essence of their worship style and raw talent is unmistakeable. great cd. great band. for a great God.

I got a copy of this CD and I think it's great stuff. What a great band. Too bad they were only together during their college years, but praise God.

Hey! this cd was made to raise money for missions and the actual club itself not for profit or booking a band, that band was just a college band, haven't been together since then.
