'Lifestorm' is an instrumental electronic album that could be stylistically pigeon holed with Tangerine Dream and Klaus Shultze, but it's just not self indulgent enough to be compared directly. Storm, aka Andrew Fletcher, recorded 'Lifestorm' in 1993 and it is his first release. A relatively modest collection of equipment was used; most of the sounds originate from a DX100 and a K4 neither of which could ever have been described as state of the art. Andrew does manage to squeeze some very creditable sounds out of the equipment; the only sound that doesn't work for me is a resonant sweep. Musically Andrew's music comes alive on "Main Line Pt V" with the inclusion of a real guitar. The combination of synthesisers and the guitar is very pleasing and lifts 'Lifestorm' out of the mire of many synthesiser only albums of this genre. At £4.00 buy it, listen and enjoy. I have to say that I'm looking forward to Andrew's next release. More guitar work please.

I love this! When can I hear it online? Where can I get Mr A Fletcher's second release?
