What we have on offer here are contemporary praise and worship songs by some of the notaries of modern praise and worship such as Martin Smith ("Did You Feel The Mountains Tremble?") and Kathryn Scott ("Hungry"). But in truth, even with top rate worship leaders like Johnny Parks, Tim Hughes and Ian Hannah, there is not here much that makes this CD stick out from the crowd. The tracks are well produced; sometimes so much so that you forget that it is a "live" recording. One particular standout is the very talented Cathy Burton making a guest appearance singing the beautiful "Belongs To You". I guess that if you have never been to Summer Madness then buying this CD might be a useful memento as you savour the atmosphere of last year's celebrations. But, for most of us, it's all a bit predictable.
