Modern rock with a brilliant edge is the music purveyed by American four-piece Sundry. They do an excellent job of melding together uncompromising funky chunky rock'n'roll with strong melodies and the results make for a compelling album. "Enough's Enough" and "Inside Your Head" both demonstrate the power of the band and it's interesting that they have some high profile friends help out which can only be a good thing. Third Day's Mac Powell adds his distinctive voice to "The Least Of These" which grinds along with a relentless riff. Meanwhile Smalltown Poet Michael Johnston duets on "Drifting" and "The Drive", the latter has been a hit on the Christian rock chart in America - no mean feat for an indie band. As rock goes, Sundry make imaginative spiritual music and there's plenty here to rival the most established Christian bands out there.
