'Run...' stands as a fair introduction to yet another band within the ever increasing roster of ska tinged pop punk rock bands. Tasty Snax incorporates a great deal of fun within their dynamics that occasionally reveals a deeply compelling element to their music. A good example of this can be found within the title cut, a well arranged piece of music delivered in a witty competent manner, mixing classic punk sounds with a ska break mid way through. 'Freedom', complete with its funky rhythms, also stands out as one of the better tracks to be found on this release. With Christ-centred lyrics that are primarily geared towards a ministry situation, Tasty Snax are to be commended for their apparent no compromise stance. Though rather inconsistent vocally, 'Run...' is well with a spin by those who enjoy such bands as Squad Five-O or MxPx. Overall, a good debut from a band bristling with potential.
