After their 2010 album 'Light Up The Sky', The Afters enjoyed two number one hits in the US and several track appearances in TV shows. There have also been difficult times. . .band member Josh had problems with the birth of his son. This resulted in one of the outstanding tracks on the album "Believe (Waiting For An Answer)" exploring the family's struggle with the new-born's punctured lung. With lines "The more it hurts, the more I need of you/the more I search, the more I see of you", it's not hard to be engrossed in the song's longing. The band is not short of great heartfelt lyrics on other songs on the album, "Love Is In The Air" speaks of breathing in love, while "Find Your Way" speaks of never being too far from God. Other tracks such as "Every Good Thing" (the album's debut single), with its infectious guitars and handclaps, and "Breathe In Breathe Out" will stick with you long after the music player is switched off, both are potential hits. Producer, Dan Muckala (Backstreet Boys, Chris Tomlin) has put together a highly approachable album for the Dallas pop four-piece.

Product Description
The Afters’ début album Light Up the Sky brought critical acclaim and two smash hit singles with the title track and Lift Me Up. Life is Beautiful raises the bar even higher and once again features the producing talents of Dan Muckala.

The title track has already become well known through its being featured on the DVD October Baby. This album successfully blends upbeat songs and lyrically rich anthems like Broken Hallelujah.
