This is one of the most poignant DVDs in Bill & Gloria Gaither's Homecoming Friends series, as it reflects on how the five younger members of the Crabb Family, having reached a musical and personal crossroads and have decided to go their own ways. Bill talks at length to the two girls, Terah, and Kelly and then to Jason, and the twin brothers Adam and Aaron. The interviews are interspersed with 14 live performances culled mainly from other Gaither concerts going back in some cases over 10 years and you are able to see how the family have developed as a group and individuals. I had to laugh when the two identical twins said that when they were younger and out on dates, they used to swop clothes in the men's changing room and see if their girlfriends would notice! Musically the tracks that stand out for me are "Please Forgive Me", "The Blood Will Never Lose Its Power" and the classic, written by their dad "Through The Fire". This DVD is a fascinating account of a musical family in transition but who all are keeping their eyes firmly on Jesus. A fascinating and rewarding listening and viewing experience and with a running time of 100 minutes very good value for money.
