Three of the five Eden-ites were members of the incisive Salvation Army rock band Blood & Fire, who were always an attacking little outfit. These five tracks continue the former ways of solid, no-nonsense rock, lashings of aggression, though it does require a degree of imagination, because of recording limitations, to appreciate that this would be a fine live band. The songs vary from very lively sounds to a track which I particularly enjoyed, the plaintive, gentle ballad "Anyway". Hopefully, The Eden can get a quality recording out one of these fine days to do justice to an above average band.
