This is an album offering a variety of original songs, including both worship music and songs that are good for reflection. The Brighton-based band has been playing in local clubs in an evening service and formed from the Vineyard Church, Brighton. They offer a different style of music with some tracks reminding me of the style of the Beautiful South. This 2009 release has some strong melodies and a slightly quirky approach which I found endearing. "Whatever You've Done" is my favourite track, where the lyrics and inventive accompaniment allowing the message to penetrate the heart. This album left me wishing I was in Brighton to be able to experience this music first hand.
