This album introduces newcomer Paul Smith, who has replaced the vocals of Russ Taff. Paul showcases his songwriting talents, providing the group with 5 songs for this album: to include title song "Stand by the Power". The title song, and the wonderful penned "Because of Who YOU Are" are quite the stand out songs. "LORD of the Harvest" is another song of quality and lyrics. This is a highly favored ccm classic album, full of that ccm style; great job guys!!
