Last weekend, the Welsh rugby union team completed their first grand slam in many years by beating Ireland in Cardiff in their final match. At the same time, the Welsh choir naturally outsung the Irish. On this double album the venue is Northern Ireland, the formidable worship leader is Robin Mark and the choir of 2000 is probably one of the strongest Christian male voice choirs ever recorded. There are some traditional but many contemporary songs and the effect is quite unique, especially with the musical accompaniment having a strongly Irish influence. While the double album re-issue is good value, it remains to be seen whether there are enough interested people who haven't already bought the single albums.
