I would guess that the titular "'project" is probably Mr Parenti himself, judging by the generally low budget feel and sound of this CD. I've always been of the opinion that you put as much information as you can on the sleeve, but here there's not even a track listing, although there is a short statement from Mike along with a Bible verse, so it's not as if there isn't room. The fact that there is a track listing on the disc itself is of course no help at all while you're listening. The music sounds pretty dated in an '80s New Wave kind of way, and the programmed drums really are dire. Next time Mike, get a drummer, or at least a programmer with drumming experience.
