This hard working ministry band from Washington State have been touring tirelessly for years and now with their latest release, a six-track EP, have produced a top rate project. From the first track "Destroy", it's clear The New Divide mean business. The opener is radio friendly rock loaded with emotion and energy with a direct message. Vocals come to the front on "All We Are" and the ballad-like "The Dark Side", while "Forever Says" features a stadium anthem opening that would get any crowd going with its 'woh-oh-oh"! "Selah" is possibly my favourite track, with its gentler pace and its call to pause. This collection breathes inspiration, praise and emotion in big doses, a rare combination in rock music. A great listen!
