The Rock Kids is the children's ministry of Rock Church in California. The songs appear to be aimed at the 9/10 age group, lyrically assuming some church background. Many of the tracks have joint singing from the kids with assistance/ lead from a worship leader. "I Will Dance" is typical of the collection with its electro dance backing. "Bam (Come Hear Do)", based on the parable of the wise and foolish man, continues the EDM backing with the parable at the centre. The title track takes a pause in the pace with a child taking lead vocal duties. Overall, the album fills the age gap between the many younger releases out there and the various albums aimed at a teenage audience with confidence.
