Canada has produced some good bands down the years - this four man team pound out some pleasantly average rock without scaling the heights of originality. Having said that, if your tastes veer to raucous rock full of ringing guitars, occasional 60's beat group throwbacks and lyrics which leave you in no doubt they are believers, this will sit nicely on your CD player. Probably the most interesting cut on this album is a re-working of "Amazing Grace" with a thunderous drum sound and the lads doing harmony interspersed with hot guitar solos which sound more English than North American. In fact the true-Brit style of lead singer Tony Valenziano is the nearest the band get to true distinctiveness.
