Although there is a live audio CD with this package it was of course the in-concert DVD (recorded at Louisville, Kentucky on 22nd July 2004) which makes this an attractive purchase even if you have most of the songs featured in this collection on the Atlanta rockers' 'Wire' studio album. Concert-wise Mac Powell is in fine voice and once they get beyond a weak intro number ("Rock Star" has to be the poorest and most stereotyped songs the band have ever penned), the gutsy Southern rock rhythms and Mac's lazily bluesy emoting carry you along. There are plenty of cameras to catch individual band members and occasional audience shots while by the finale, smouldering renditions of "You Are Mine" and "I Got A Feeling", the move from mere rock posturing to music that glorifies the King has been achieved. The audio CD contains a bonus track, a studio recorded "Thank You All". But, as I said, it's the DVD you'll want to keep playing.
