Okay, so the word "pwaise" would induce a shudder from the strongest sensibilities - tiny tots are never going to learn how to speak correctly if we continue to patronise them and fail to set examples for them to follow - but let's climb down off hobby horses and examine the content. On the whole I found all three of the videos in this series to be captivating to a young audience. Often children relate far easier to performers of their own age and this idea appears to have been successful. The songs (some new and some well known) are lively and the musical accompaniment is superb. The choreography is well thought out and portrays the lyrics admirably. There is much that youngsters can relate to, well within their own sphere of experience. I particularly enjoyed "Nighty Night" with a portrayal of a young child being put to bed, following through the bedtime routine - a lovely ideal situation. Although I no longer have tiny tots in my house I am sure that once again the Kids' Praise Company have hit on a winner. Oh, almost forgot to mention Arky is back (Kids' Praise fans will know what I mean) to introduce each song.
