Indiana-based singer/songwriter Tom Frye's latest release is as thought provoking and musically toned as his previous release 'No Plan B'. Although not the most powerful voice you'll hear, Tom's lyrics on 'Hope Is Alive' "take you on a spiritual journey" as he "plumbs the depth of his own faith-walk with Christ." Neatly produced by Michael Aukofer, this CD challenges you to look deeper into Christianity whilst widening your views and knowledge. The 11-track album includes guest appearances from former IndieHeaven artists Frank Bradford and Angela Josephine, alongside Dove Award winning songwriter Mitch McVicker and that legend of guitar Phil Keaggy. Particular songs which stand out are the energising tones of "Revival", the drum and bass-driven "Edge Of Grace" and the acoustic guitar solo in "Show Me The Way". Having recently joined the staff team at Artists In Children Testimony, Tom should be assured in the knowledge that he is helping and inspiring others with his lyrics and music.
