Not the American soul artist but the British-based reggae man. I'm not sure why Jet Star have decided to reissue this 1991 album because time hasn't been too kind to it. Tony's vocals are strictly old style while the accompaniments show programming at its most perfunctory. "Mt Carmel Roll" has a certain eccentric charm but overall this does Tony few favours.
